The Vélomaritime®: from the North Sea to the English Channel
60 kilometers separate Mont Saint-Michel from Saint-Malo via Cancale; the route then continues to Saint-Suliac before crossing the Rance. 1,500 kilometers in total from Dunkirk to Roscoff. Also known as EuroVélo4 at the European level, the Vélomaritime is one of the must-do French tours. The route uses small roads as well as greenways, both inland and along the coast. Cyclo-randonneurs enjoy breathtaking landscapes and can punctuate their trip with visits to large-scale sites including the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.
La Voie 42: from the Atlantic to the English Channel
193 kilometers separate Arzal from Saint-Malo, following the Vilaine River and then the Ille-et-Rance Canal. A family route par excellence, the route mainly uses towpaths, via Rennes. The V and its river charm abounds with peaceful and timeless stages.
The Vélo Promenades®
“Circuit des moulins à marée”, “Circuit des châteaux”, “Circuit du canal” or “Circuit des polders”: no less than 18 Vélo Promenades®, that is to say nearly 400 kilometers of referenced itineraries, using both towpaths, small country roads and greenways.
