La Maison Guella Saint-Malo

The Guella house has perpetuated the tradition of Biscuit maker-Confectioner from France since 1920.

Vincent Guella, the founder's grandson, is proud to share his heritage with you through his family recipes.
In this famous house you can find, homemade, good pure salted butter cookies, the famous salted butter caramels from Brittany, in candies, in cream spread, in lollipops ...
As well as their old-fashioned cooked sugars, which won France's best sweets (in lollipops: la Chiquette, in candies: Guenaots).

You will be welcomed in their oldest shop on the main street of the Intra-Muros (8 rue Porcon).
Enough to make a gourmet stopover in Saint-Malo land!

Traditional cookies:

- Palets, pancakes, cookies and other delicacies made from pure Breton salted butter!
- salted butter caramel: in candies or to spread on your pancakes, brioches etc.
- Crunchies: fine tiles with pieces of hazelnuts and delicately caramelized almonds.
