On 12,000 hectares, the marsh of Dol breaks down into two parts: the Black Marsh, made up of peat, near Dol. The White Marsh, further north, made of pitching sea. Mont Dol is a granite promontory, 65 meters in the middle of the land, and also a megalithic site (flint, paleolithic bones).
