Located in the sea-facing wing of our 17th century residence, this cottage offers an exceptional sea view. It has recently been completely renovated and decorated with care.
On the ground floor, you find the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc.), separate WCs and the living room with an open fireplace.
A French window opens onto a private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue (charcoal and fire lighters for your 1st barbecue are provided).
Upstairs, the first bedroom with a double bed also has a sea view while the second with 3 beds of 90 cm overlooks the flowered courtyard of the Métairie.
Sheets are provided and beds are made on arrival.
The bathroom (towels provided) and a second separate toilet are located upstairs.
Free parking, TV and wifi.
Access to the swimming pool, covered and heated, open all year round is included.
End of stay cleaning is included.
