Come cook with me in my kitchen with a sea view on the port of Cancale, I'm an American food writer and cookbook author who now calls Cancale and Brittany my home. In "My Cancale Kitchen" I teach cooking classes that showcase all things Breton - crêpes and galettes, kouign amann and salted caramel...as well as local specialties that are typically 'bretonnes.’
