The Tourist Information Office of Dol-de-Bretagne

It obtained the Tourism & Handicap mark initially in December 2014 and then renewed in 2019 for hearing, mental and motor disabilities.

Hearing disability

• The reception staff is trained to adapt to each request,
• Specific booklet on accessibility on Dol-de-Bretagne and its region updated regularly: it lists the adapted offer and lists with precision all the places and activities according to the disability,
• System of aid to hearing (magnetic loop and amplifier offered at the reception).
• The mobile application all public “Saint-Malo Tour” offers to visit freely the vast territory of the Intercommunal Tourist Office’ Destination Saint-Malo Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel’

Mental disability

• The reception staff adapts to each request by adapting the language for better understanding,
• Large reception hall allowing easy circulation ; documents are organized by topic, identifiable by large pictograms.

Motor disability

• Dedicated side entrance in order to access the Tourist Information Office (entrance from the courtyard + PRM place as close to this entrance as possible),
• Easy interior walkway and level,
• 1adapted toilet near the Tourist Information Office (outside and accessible during the day),
• Lowered reception desk,
• Adapted itinerary to discover the city.
