The Destination Saint-Malo Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel has obtained the QUALITY TOURISM mark in 2021.
Created by the French Ministry in charge of tourism, it is the recognition of the continuous improvement approaches to quality of services put in place by tourist offices. An audit is carried out every 5 years. It is a guarantee of trust and quality of service between professionals and visitors.

It is the guarantee of an efficient welcome adapted to the needs and demands of people with disabilities who wish to go on vacation like everyone else. More widely, the Destination Saint-Malo Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel Intercommunity Tourist Office is aware of the process of identifying the adapted tourist offer throughout its territory.
The Tourist Office has held the Tourism & Handicap mark since 2015 for the 4 disabilities: auditory, mental, motor and visual.The office also received the Golden Trophy of Accessible Tourism in 2017; this is a national award that marks the official recognition of the quality of the offer dedicated to audiences with disabilities. The tourist office offers many services and facilities.
The Office holds the Tourism & Handicap mark since 2014 for 3 disabilities: hearing, mental and motor. The Bureau offers many services and facilities.
The Tourist Office is committed to an ecotourism approach and makes its visitors aware of the need to respect the environment: outings on the coast with a naturalist guide, dematerialization of information, information on public transport… Are you interested in sustainable tourism? Do not hesitate to consult the Regional Committee of Tourism Brittany whose objective is to make every effort to find a balance between the economic, social and environmental aspects of the tourist economy.
